Was feeling terrible last night. Had this terrible headache which I simply cannot put into words to explain. =( Pain! Pain all over my head. Really felt like banging my head against the wall. Then when I got home, I felt like vomitting. =( Nausea… I went to the loo and realised I had diarrhoea. I got out of my uniform, changed into my shorts and tee and wanted to jump straight into bed. But something shocked me as I opened my singtel bill as I lay on hippo’s bed. The bill read “$275.00″. My eyes almost popped out. Since when have I used my singtel number and chalked up $200 over? Never man!! I called up Singtel immediately and suspended the line. I spoke to one of the customer service officer and she initially said there’s nothing she could do. I told her the calls were made in Russia between 23 Dec and 5 Jan. I could proof that I was never in Russia during this period. How would I be in Russia?! Ooooo man!!! Grrrr!! Just pissed me off man! But she told me I could bring my passport and head down to any Hello Shop and tell them my problem. I was relieved for awhile. I went back to bed. The phone rang after a few minutes. It was the Singtel CSO. She told me they would check my complaint and let me know the findings today. I’ve yet to get any calls from them yet. I will have to lodge an official complaint to Singtel if this cannot be solved. Its not about the money. I could take it as a lesson learnt (jus like some valuable lesson I’ve learnt lately). Sad. Bad luck really comes all at once huh? When will my bad streak ends? Where is the sunshine I used to see? Bo liao ah? No more ah? When will the dark clouds be cleared over my bloody head?! =(
